Aimer Lingerie Factory
Aimer Lingerie is a leading national company in producing under- and bodyware and started their business back in 1992.
In recent years the importance of lingerie and lingerie related products increased more and more, therefore the client is now planning to build a factory which is not only housing a production line, but is somehow able to represent an image of his company and the label to the outside.
The main key points of the design are “presentation” as a general idea or feature, the “representation” of the company image to the outside and a “system of layering“ different functions on top of each other.

Liu Li Qiao
The competition entry is trying to integrate the proposed subway and bus transportation hub into a vision of a new urban environment, consisting of a generous park, a brand new living quarter, and a commercial business district on a prime real estate in close proximity to the park.

Guo Gong Zhuang
The site is on the boundary of Beijing city and its surrounding suburbia, at the end of the metro line No.9 and at the starting point of another new metro line to the outside of Beijing. An exchange metro station has to be placed together with a huge maintaining yard for the trains; the question is what kind of TOD (transportation oriented development) is suitable here?

Capital Mansion
Capital Mansion：
Capital Mansion, a 68-story complex building is located in Beijing, near the Beijing Lufthansa Center, inside the third ring road, along the Liangma River.
As the city is filled by meaningless, quick-duplicated high-rise blocks, its image becomes more and more homogenous and unrecognizable. The repetitiveness is produced and consumed as today’s fast food.The design replaced the usual extrusion of standardized skyscraper floor plates with a staggered progression of structural slabs being slightly off from each other as they ascend, creating constant variety among the apartment floor plans.
